Vanport Homes, 147 Wn. 2nd 761 (Washington Supreme Court 2002) Bill Robison has obtained multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of the insurance policy limits carried by the at fault party. Bill Robison frequently deconstructs defense expert opinions to expose the misuse of science and medicine in settlement, arbitration and at trial.
