Bill MacMinn concentrates his practice in the area of litigation, including Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Employment Litigation, Estate Litigation and Real Estate. He represents a broad spectrum of individuals, corporations and institutions in a wide range of cases. His practice encompasses a wide variety of venues in Bucks and surrounding counties, and in the United States District Court. Bill also has extensive experience in Alternate Dispute Resolution forums including many cases successfully resolved by arbitration and by mediation. He is a trained mediator and serves as an appointed arbitrator.
With over thirty five years of legal experience, Bill brings an extraordinary level of knowledge and judgment to his practice. Having a particular focus in commercial litigation, Bill has successfully resolved business disputes including matters involving buy- sell agreements, corporate receiverships, corporate dissolutions and buyouts, “freeze outs”, oppression and related claims, trade secrets and commercial lease disputes as well as non-compete, non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements. Bill has also successfully represented clients in wage and hour claims, tax claims and union grievances.
In his estate litigation practice, Bill successfully resolved cases involving claims of undue influence, lack of testamentary capacity and breach of fiduciary duty. He has represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust related matters and incapacitated persons, their relatives and guardians in guardianship matters.
