David S. Clark grew up in Eutaw, Alabama and went the University of Alabama and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Jones School of Law in December of 1997 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar May 1, 1998. David started practicing bankruptcy law shortly thereafter in Montgomery, Alabama then in Selma, Alabama before coming to Opelika, Alabama. David lives in Montgomery, Alabama with his wife and seven children.

Nick has successfully represented small businesses and consumers in class actions against some of the country’s largest corporations, obtaining multi-million-dollar results for his clients in venues from California to Florida. Nick is a member of the state bars of Alabama and California and has been admitted to multiple federal courts including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. After graduating from Oxford High School, Adam Maniscalco earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Alabama. He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, family law, and real estate. He's lived in Oxford his entire life, and attends Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
