David S. Clark grew up in Eutaw, Alabama and went the University of Alabama and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Jones School of Law in December of 1997 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar May 1, 1998. David started practicing bankruptcy law shortly thereafter in Montgomery, Alabama then in Selma, Alabama before coming to Opelika, Alabama. David lives in Montgomery, Alabama with his wife and seven children.

Larry graduated from Auburn University in 1987 where he earned a B.A. in Pre-Law Criminal Justice. He also played football from 1981-1984 for Auburn University and was team member for the 1983 SEC Championship team and 1984 Sugar Bowl Champion. David C. Hilyer received his B.S. in Business Administration degree, with honors, in 1997 from Faulkner University. He received his Juris Doctor in 2002 from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he served one-year as a Justice on the Honor Court and received the Best Oral Advocate award his second year. Attorney Young received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1979 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar that same year. Mr. Young is an active member of the Coffee County Bar Association where he served as President from 1987 to 2003.
