Also represent debtors (consumers and small businesses) in bankruptcy courts, including lawsuits (adversary proceedings) brought within bankruptcy court against Creditors & 3rd parties (dealers), &/or pending state court suits removed for pursuit in bankruptcy court, &/or challenging discharge of certain debts or seeking declarations of dischargeability on otherwise non-dischargeable debts(i.e., student loans).

Attorney Walker graduated in 1983 from the prestigious Suffolk University Law School located in Boston, Massachusetts. David graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009 with a major in political science and minor in history. After completing his undergraduate degree, David attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham.
