He received his Juris Doctor in 2002 from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he served one-year as a Justice on the Honor Court and received the Best Oral Advocate award his second year. David S. Clark grew up in Eutaw, Alabama and went the University of Alabama and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Jones School of Law in December of 1997 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar May 1, 1998. David started practicing bankruptcy law shortly thereafter in Montgomery, Alabama then in Selma, Alabama before coming to Opelika, Alabama. David lives in Montgomery, Alabama with his wife and seven children.

Also represent debtors (consumers and small businesses) in bankruptcy courts, including lawsuits (adversary proceedings) brought within bankruptcy court against Creditors & 3rd parties (dealers), &/or pending state court suits removed for pursuit in bankruptcy court, &/or challenging discharge of certain debts or seeking declarations of dischargeability on otherwise non-dischargeable debts(i.e., student loans).
