I serve exclusively as a certified mediator and arbitrator in civil litigation throughout the State of Florida, including personal injury and wrongful death, product liability, insurance coverage and property claims, commercial, real estate and nursing home cases. My experience is built on 34 years as a practicing litigator, prosecuting and defending cases from pre-suit through verdict and appeal, and includes attendance and negotiation at countless mediations and arbitrations.

The geographic scope of my services includes all Circuits from the Fifth through and including the Thirteenth Circuits, the Twentieth Circuit, and by telephone appointment, the Fifteenth, Seventeenth and Eighteenth Circuits.

I have been a civil litigator in State and Federal courts for 35 years, and have practiced in both the private and public sector. I am now a mediator full-time with Mediate First, Inc., and mediate civil cases via zoom and in person. I am also on the Middle District of Florida's list of mediators, and mediate Federal cases pending in that district. I served on the board of the Volusia County Bar Association for years, and was the president of the Association in 2021-2022.
