Pamela T. Allen, Associate Attorney, is a native of Atlanta, GA. She received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL. She also received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia State University. Pamela is admitted to the the Virginia and Arizona State Bars and The Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy and family law in our extremely busy Phoenix area offices. Her husband is active duty in the United States Air Force.

George Smith is a third-generation Arizonan who has been practicing law throughout the state since 1997. Mr. Smith attended Arizona State University, earning his bachelor’s degree in 1992 and his law degree from Arizona State University in 1996. He has been with Berk & Moskowitz since 2000. Ladd is an associate attorney who grew up in Arizona and graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, Ladd worked at both the Maricopa County Superior Court and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He received litigation experience working as a student law clerk at the Goldwater Institute, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office.
