Pamela T. Allen, Associate Attorney, is a native of Atlanta, GA. She received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL. She also received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia State University. Pamela is admitted to the the Virginia and Arizona State Bars and The Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy and family law in our extremely busy Phoenix area offices. Her husband is active duty in the United States Air Force.

Karen practices in the area of commercial litigation. Her civil litigation practice began in 1992, as an associate attorney at O'Connor Cavanagh. In 1996, she joined the Viad Corp Law Department where she reviewed, drafted and negotiated commercial and real estate contracts. Karen left Viad to raise her daughters, then returned to her current litigation practice in 2013. Over the years, she has volunteered in the Paradise Valley Unified School District on many levels: in the classroom, in the PTA, and on various district committees. Karen has also served as an Auxiliary Board Member of Kivel Campus of Care.

Ladd is an associate attorney who grew up in Arizona and graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, Ladd worked at both the Maricopa County Superior Court and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He received litigation experience working as a student law clerk at the Goldwater Institute, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office.
