Shad’s practice is concentrated in estate planning, tax planning, tax controversy and qualified domestic relation orders. Prior to forming Brown & Jensen, Shad was an attorney with the Dana Law Firm. It was there Shad established a premier tax practice for the firm involving complex tax planning and tax controversy resolution.
