During law school, Ladd worked at both the Maricopa County Superior Court and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He received litigation experience working as a student law clerk at the Goldwater Institute, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office.
