Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Kevin is a member of the Wynne Rotary Club and the Cross County Chamber of Commerce.

Licensed in 1985 and experienced in all types of legal proceedings from document preparation through jury trials and appeals.
