After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

James Elliott is a Tampa, Florida native. Mr. Elliott attended Jesuit High School and graduated in 1996. He then attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and graduated with honors in 2000. He continued his education at Florida State University earning his master’s degree in International Affairs, after which he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University in New York. While at Syracuse, Mr. Elliott served as the Article’s Editor for the Labor Lawyer Journal and earned a Certificate of Concentration in Corporate Counsel. Bellinson received his Doctor of Juris Prudence Degree from Tulane University School of Law where he served as president of his class and an editor of one of the school’s law journals. A student of international law, he also attended the Shanghai Institute of Law with a concentration on Chinese Trade Law.

Bellinson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Arizona. His interest focused on the Eastern Block which brought him to study at the University of Salzburg in Austria.
