I have been representing debtors in bankruptcy for over 10 years in the greater Atlanta area and have successfully handled thousands of cases. I was previously the managing partner at a large bankruptcy firm and recently started my own firm with the goal of providing the highest level of client service. Your case will be handled by me at every stage: initial consultation, case preparation and filing, court appearances, and any miscellaneous questions or concerns that should arise until the case is complete.

Originally from Texas, Robert first arrived in Atlanta in 1995 to attend Emory University as an undergrad, graduating early with a B.A. in 1998. Having come to call Atlanta his home, Robert subsequently earned his J.D., with honors, and his M.B.A. in 2001 from the College of Law and the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University. Jeremiah served as paralegal and law clerk with the firm of Gastin & Hill from 2011 through 2014 while working towards his law degree. Mr. Gastin graduated from law school in 2013 and was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in November, 2014 as well as to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia in December, 2014. Mr. Gastin is now an associate attorney in our firm and has experience representing clients in both State and Federal Courts, primarily with regards to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
