My practice is predominantly consumer bankruptcy and tax law. In addition to being a lawyer, I'm a certified public accountant, this allows me to assist clients with the complex interactions of the law and taxes. I have an undergraduate accounting degree, an MBA and a law degree. I'm in solo practice, I work with my clients directly. You will not be relegated to working with a secretary or an assistant.

After growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I attended Penn State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then attended Capital University Law School and worked with William J. Clark & Associates for 10 years. Since that time, I have practiced as a sole practitioner, currently located in Gahanna.

Ms. Bagliore is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law that was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1980. Jayma is an Associate at the law offices of O'Connor, Acciani and Levy that practices in the area of bankruptcy law. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Ms. Bagliore is a valuable asset to our firm.

After 40 years with Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, more than 20 of them in the role of Director of Litigation, I have started DeBlasis Law Firm, LLC. I plan to continue practicing in the fields of civil litigation, bankruptcy, debtor-creditor, and real estate law. Although not a young pup anymore, I still have great energy and enthusiasm for the law and problem-solving.
