My name is Matthew Dearfield and I am a bankruptcy attorney practicing at my family law firm, Dearfield Law Firm, LLC. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. I then made my way to the University of Dayton School of Law where I received my Juris Doctorate degree in January of 2018. I passed the bar exam in February of 2018 and was sworn in as an Ohio lawyer in May of 2018.

Henry A. Arnett is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also very active in the Columbus Bar Association, having served on the Judiciary Committee, the Federal Court Committee and as Chairman of the Labor Law Committee. He is General Counsel for the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters and represents numerous labor organizations and individual employees in employee rights cases. I have 30+ years of experience representing individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. My goal is to provide each client with quality legal services in a personal manner, and I work with each client to develop the best possible resolution for their individual needs.

My practice is predominantly consumer bankruptcy and tax law. I have an undergraduate accounting degree, an MBA and a law degree. I'm in solo practice, I work with my clients directly. You will not be relegated to working with a secretary or an assistant.

After growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I attended Penn State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then attended Capital University Law School and worked with William J. Clark & Associates for 10 years. Since that time, I have practiced as a sole practitioner, currently located in Gahanna.
