I have practiced law for over 25 years; 22 in the state of Washington. I specialize in low cost bankruptcies, family law/divorce and probate. I make it a practice to answer all calls as soon as possible. I handle bankruptcies in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and Snohomish Counties. Jennifer Brainard graduated from University of Washington School of Law and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1980. After practicing in the Seattle area for over 20 years she returned to Oak Harbor, Washington, where she grew up. Dusty was born in Spokane Washington, went to North Central High, then the Gonzaga for college and law school in 1980 He worked as a law clerk at the Washington Court of Appeals,was associated with Holme, Roberts & Owen in Denver, then with Bob Anderson, Carl Maxey, Bob Henderson and finally Russ Van Camp in Spokane. He has been running his own firm for 8 years now doing primarily Social Security and Personal Injury law.
