Mr. Kim has represented numerous fortune 500 companies and insurers as well as small to mid-size businesses and high wealth individuals from negotiating multi-million dollar distribution deals to defending the national mortgage lenders and loan servicers from administrative claims, employment litigation, and business disputes. Mr. Kim also provide general counsel services to numerous regional and national companies and provides guidance on corporate governance, labor & employment, regulatory, real estate and business development.

I have over 20 years of experience practicing law. My practice has focused on business law and corporate finance. I operate a sole practitioner law practice providing legal services to small to midsize private companies and NASD (FINRA) broker dealers. Nicholas Myers’ practice focuses on intellectual property, business litigation, and corporate formation and governance. He has represented clients in trademark, copyright, breach of contract, unfair competition, Internet, gaming, and sports and entertainment matters, and has also advised clients on corporate structuring and asset protection issues.

Nicholas has litigated cases in state and federal courts and has represented clients in private arbitration. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate.
