I represent clients in real estate, commercial, construction and business litigation and transactions. My clients are financial institutions, contractors, owners, developers, private lenders and small businesses. In addition to litigation matters, I prepare and negotiate real estate documents, commercial leases, forbearance agreements, and handle loan workouts. I provide private general counsel services to businesses.

As a registered patent attorney, I advise entities and individuals on all patent and intellectual property matters, specializing in patent, intellectual property and complex business disputes, as well as class action litigation. In addition, I have significant experience negotiating contracts and closing transactions, with an emphasis on intellectual property and patent rights.
