I am an attorney practicing in intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, licensing), as well as business and e-commerce law. This includes entity formation and dissolutions, contract drafting and other day to day events, as well as web site review for privacy and compliance issues) for individuals to small/medium size companies. I am also an estate planner, drafting Wills, Trusts and Power of Attorney documents, as well as work in probate matters.

My education is rooted in the University of Southern California and culminated with a Bachelor of Science and MBA at Valley Christian University. I graduated from the University of La Verne School of Law in Woodland Hills, California.
