This includes entity formation and dissolutions, contract drafting and other day to day events, as well as web site review for privacy and compliance issues) for individuals to small/medium size companies. My education is rooted in the University of Southern California and culminated with a Bachelor of Science and MBA at Valley Christian University. I graduated from the University of La Verne School of Law in Woodland Hills, California.
