Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

John E. Borba graduated from Hastings College of the Law, University of California in 1993 and was admitted into the California Bar in December 1993.
