Nicholas Myers’ practice focuses on intellectual property, business litigation, and corporate formation and governance. In personal, academic, and professional aspects of my life, I have always had an interest in international and cultural affairs. As a child of Turkish and Mexican parents, I was reared in a multi-cultural household, resulting in my conversational use of Spanish and Turkish languages. During my University education, I was a governing member of Trenza, the Hispanic women’s organization, and also participated in the University’s English Language Conversation Partner Program as a English Tutor. Jeff Grotke has successfully litigated in family law, including successfully defending against a claim of marital fraud, and has prevailed at trial in a claim of marital fraud and abuse of an elderly person. He has extensive experience with loan modifications, including post-foreclosure defense, bankruptcy actions, and other loan modification litigation. Personal injury cases are also about one-third of his practice, including auto-collision cases.
