I also am certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator. I am author of Chapter One "Introduction" and Chapter Eleven "Delays" of the Florida Bar's Continuing Legal Education manual FLORIDA CONSTRUCTION LAW AND PRACTICE (9th Edition- 2021) and have been a presenter at numerous construction law seminars.

Attorney Jim Ippoliti graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Management and went on to become the class salutatorian at Barry Law School. An active member of the community, Jim regularly devotes himself to local children's charities with his brother Jeff.
