Michael LeRoy is a Missouri native, born in the city of Independence. In 1989, Michael LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Nebraska. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, having graduated from there, with high honors, in 1993. He is now the managing partner and a founding partner of law firm Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee, Baumann, which has several offices throughout Florida.

I exclusively practice consumer credit/collections and consumer protection law which includes bankruptcy, wage and bank garnishment, consumer protection law and debt defense litigation. I keep the focus of my firm narrow to ensure the highest level of representation and advocacy for my clients by not trying to be a jack of all trades. I spent nearly 10 years litigating for some of the largest creditors and debt buyers in the country and I now bring all of that experience to your side of the table to provide you with a unique perspective on your problems.

The passion to practice law is #1 in my life! I enjoy the everyday opportunity to work with individuals, families and businesses; I help them to save time and trouble! Outside of work, I enjoy a number of activities and hobbies. For me, travel is paramount; I have been to all 50 US States, seven of seven continents and 117 countries! Katherine Barski is an associate attorney with the Central Florida law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns.
