Michael LeRoy is a Missouri native, born in the city of Independence. In 1989, Michael LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Nebraska. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, having graduated from there, with high honors, in 1993. He is now the managing partner and a founding partner of law firm Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee, Baumann, which has several offices throughout Florida.

Alyssa Castelli, Esq. is an associate attorney for Spire Law based out of our Orlando, Florida office. She is experienced in advising clients in healthcare compliance, intellectual property, and litigation issues. She helps businesses and business owners throughout the United States on trademark issues, including trademark filings, trademark litigation and responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
