Steven T. Sager is the founding member of SagerLegal LLC. Steven provides strategic legal advice to business owners and senior management in connection with their business needs. Steven advises clients on a wide variety of matters affecting business, including corporate finance (loans and other debt, stock, options and other equity arrangements); mergers and acquisitions; enterprise structure, entity choice, organization, asset separation and protection; stockholder/partner/member relations and structuring; employment, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements; contracts; sales and distribution agreements; franchising; and commercial real estate. I serve as counsel to a diverse range of clients such as individuals, business entities, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, construction project owners, developers, and construction management firms. My practice primarily focuses on handling various commercial disputes from pre-litigation negotiation through trial.
