My law practice is devoted to handling complex commercial real estate matters throughout the United States. I represent both national lending institutions and borrowers in negotiating, documenting and closing mortgage loan and mezzanine loan transactions. I am experienced in representing clients in connection with distressed commercial real estate loans including negotiating forbearance agreements, workouts, restructurings, property acquisitions and dispositions. I also actively represent clients in commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing, disposition, sale-leaseback and tenant in common transactions.

Represents individuals and businesses with respect to complex business litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings concerning corporate disputes, copyright, trademark and unfair competition, computers and technology and products.
