Güvenç Acarkan is an Immigration, Business, and Tax Attorney licensed in USA (District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York), England & Wales, and Turkey. He is an internationally focused attorney with wealth of experience in cross-border matters. He holds a JD degree from Rutgers University and a Turkish Bachelor of Law Equivalency degree from Galatasaray University, Turkey. He holds an MBA degree from Georgia College, Georgia USA and a BA degree in Psychology from Koç University, Turkey. He is a graduate of American Collegiate Institute, ?zmir.

Jonathan Wallace is an experienced civil litigator and a 1980 graduate of Harvard Law School. He is admitted to various federal and appeals courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, in which he has filed amicus briefs. He is the author of several books on software and Internet law and policy, including “Sex, Laws and Cyberspace” (Henry Holt 1996), as well as many articles. He has spent much of his career concentrating on general commercial litigation, software industry disputes, as well as free speech and land use/zoning matters.

I advise on a broad range of copyright trademark, licensing, trade secret, right of publicity, privacy, corporate transactional and litigation matters. Prior to opening my firm, I worked on intellectual property and general corporate issues at an academic publishing house. I also clerked with Chief Judge Khalida Rachid Kahn at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Before I entered law, I performed bass and taught music.
