I am a seasoned trial and appellate attorney who represents clients in various legal matters including business disputes, commercial and financing disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, product liability, transportation litigation, and employment-related issues. I have a successful track record of litigating cases at both the trial and appellate levels across the United States. Additionally, I provide advice to clients on risk management and legal compliance and practice. I also coordinate national defense strategies and conduct reviews of corporate protocols.

I represent both companies and individuals in civil litigation across a variety of legal fields such as commercial and financing disputes, contracts, insurance coverage, transportation, real estate, land use, and zoning. I manage litigation cases through every stage of the process in both state and federal courts. I have successfully won cases through dispositive motions and on appeal, including appeals to the New York State Court of Appeals.

A member of the Commercial Litigation Department, Peter's practice concentrates on bankruptcy and banking and includes the areas of commercial litigation, creditors' rights, and banking law. He represents secured lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, as well as commercial landlords, financing companies, and unsecured creditors' committees.
