He has spent much of his career concentrating on general commercial litigation, software industry disputes, as well as free speech and land use/zoning matters.

Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
