I am a business lawyer, and I have been helping businesses resolve the many legal issues they face, both common and extraordinary, since 1990.

My clients range from startups to middle market companies to Fortune 500 companies. I combine an extensive business and legal education with a wealth of hands-on experience to create solutions that are innovative, yet practical and cost-effective. I particularly enjoy tackling issues that are out of the ordinary. Rather than telling my client something can’t be done, I find alternatives, and assess risks so my client can make an informed business decision.

Graduated from Columbian High school in 1979. Graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1982 and from the University of Toledo College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1984. Admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1985. Has been practicing in Tiffin, Ohio at Eberly & Eberly ever since.

Attorney Rodd S. Lawrence received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Vanderbilt and was admitted to the both the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio Bar in 1988. He’s a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has more than 20 years of experience practicing real estate and small business law.
