Steve Tigges is a Partner of Zeiger, Tigges & Little LLP. Mr. Tigges is a seasoned trial attorney who has practiced extensively in the areas of employment, health care, commercial contract, securities, construction, antitrust, and trademark litigation.

John is the Presiding Partner of Zeiger, Tigges & Little LLP. He has extensive trial experience in a broad range of complex litigation – primarily representing high net-worth individuals and families, corporations and their executives, and legal professionals. His practice focuses primarily on defense of major business and family disputes, corporate governance challenges, securities law claims, and legal professional liability litigation. He combines business understanding with extensive courtroom experience – a rare combination.

Stuart Parsell is a Partner of Zeiger, Tigges & Little LLP. Mr. Parsell’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with a concentration on professional malpractice defense, commercial contract disputes, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, trust law, class action defense, major insurance disputes and employment issues.

Representative Engagements

Lead counsel in six-week jury trial for local development company, its principal, and condominium buyers in litigation against regional bank arising from bank’s breach of contract to provide construction financing for developer’s project to convert historic apartment building to condominiums. Obtained dismissal or jury verdict for plaintiffs on $6 million counterclaim brought by bank. Obtained jury verdict of approximately $14.0 million against bank on breach of contract and tortious interference claims brought by developer and additional verdicts totaling $5.6 million for condominium buyers. The net result was a $25 million judgment for clients.

Lauren Rubin is a highly skilled litigator representing businesses and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation matters. She concentrates her practice on disputes involving commercial contracts, complex transactions, antitrust and other competition-related litigations, securities litigation and regulation, shareholder actions, and government and internal investigations.

Ms. Rubin graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in New York City and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Dan Mead represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including trust and fiduciary matters, corporate shareholder matters, legal malpractice claims and other commercial litigation matters. Mr. Mead attended the University of Minnesota Law School where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to Order of the Coif. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Mead graduated from The Ohio State University Summa Cum Laude, receiving a degree in Music Theory.
