Graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1982 and from the University of Toledo College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1984. Admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1985. Has been practicing in Tiffin, Ohio at Eberly & Eberly ever since.

I am a business lawyer, and I have been helping businesses resolve the many legal issues they face, both common and extraordinary, since 1990.

Rather than telling my client something can’t be done, I find alternatives, and assess risks so my client can make an informed business decision.

Our firm practices in the area of False Claims Act qui tam whistleblower, complex employment class action and ERISA litigation, federal appellate work, and union-side labor law. We have offices in Ohio, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Our attorneys are admitted to the courts in over a dozen states throughout the United States. The attorneys in our firm have represented dozens of False Claims Act qui tam whistleblowers, including a whistleblower in the recent $ 2.3 billion Pfizer pharmaceutical fraud settlement.

Jonathan Layman is a native of Central Ohio and a graduate of both the Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review. Jonathan Layman is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is admitted in the State of Ohio and the Federal Southern District of Ohio. Greg then continued his education at Ohio Northern University graduating with his bachelors degree in Business Marketing and Management in 1996. After growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I attended Penn State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then attended Capital University Law School and worked with William J.
