After 40 years with Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, more than 20 of them in the role of Director of Litigation, I have started DeBlasis Law Firm, LLC. I plan to continue practicing in the fields of civil litigation, bankruptcy, debtor-creditor, and real estate law. Although not a young pup anymore, I still have great energy and enthusiasm for the law and problem-solving. I develop strong relationships with clients and believe that frequent and honest communication between lawyer and client is the key to those relationships. I'm an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who has litigated cases in most Ohio counties and in various federal courts across the country and in arbitration, primarily at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
