Jeremiah started working in real estate while still in college in 2001 and is now a managing partner of a real estate investment group, Certified Residential Appraiser, and a licensed attorney with a law office in downtown Nashville. Jeremiah’s leadership and direction has played a critical role in the success of his businesses and clients.

I hail from Clarksville, Tennessee, where I have been practicing law for eighteen years. I am a second-generation attorney, continuing the legacy of legal practice in my family. I am married and have been for sixteen years, and together we have three children. In my practice, I focus on family law, handling cases that range from child custody and support to divorce, orders of protection, and domestic violence. I am fortunate to work alongside two wonderful assistants who have been with me for fifteen years, supporting our clients through their legal challenges.

I am a Nashville-area attorney with a focus on music & entertainment, intellectual property, and business law. I collaborate with artists, creators, and startups, assisting them with copyright, trademark, and contracts and licensing issues. I earned a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and an M.A. in Music Industry from the Frost School of Music.
