Professional Expertise: Since August of 2007, Jeffrey’s primary area of practice has been in real estate litigation, primarily in residential landlord-tenant disputes. Jeffrey has extensive experience with real estate litigation claims involving common law and statutory fraud, fraud by non-disclosure, negligent misrepresentation, and alleged violations of the Texas Consumer Protection – Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA). David Cook has helped clients on a broad range of issues ranging from Immigration Law to Bankruptcy to Business Law. He has drafted contracts for businesses, helped consumers file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, helped U.S. Citizens apply for their spouse's Green Card, and much more.

Prior to becoming an attorney, David had an accomplished 20-year career as a Navy SEAL. He deployed numerous times to various countries around the world, including Afghanistan and Iraq. David was selected and served as an instructor at the Navy’s Basic Underwater Demolition School (BUD/S). He earned multiple awards including three Bronze Stars with Combat V, a Navy Commendation medal and two Navy Achievement medals.
