He spent nearly two decades in China, leading compliance and development initiatives for multinational companies across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, before practicing law in Colombia. During his time in China, Arlo collaborated extensively with corporations, international nonprofits, and educational institutions. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Spanish, he is a skilled negotiator, even in environments that strongly favor local players. With deep expertise in Chinese law and culture, he excels at bridging communication gaps between foreign and Chinese businesses, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in their interactions.
