I have been practicing law in Washington State since 1980. I was born in Tokyo, raised in California, and graduated from Stanford University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts with distinction. After obtaining my law degree from the University of Washington Law School in 1980, I practiced law in Seattle for seven years. Chuck practices in both State and Federal Courts, as well as many Tribal Courts. Chuck is a semi-retired Tribal Court Judge, having acted for 16 years as a judge on specific cases for 32 different Indian Tribes located in the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wisconsin and Nebraska.
