Tony Resimius focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, litigation and business law. As the leader of the Rohde Dales Employment Law Team, Tony provides advice and counsel to employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. This advice and counsel regularly includes issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, employee handbooks, drug testing policies, independent contractor agreements, wage and hour issues, the Family Medical Leave Act, arrest and conviction discrimination allegations, and workers compensation matters.

Doug Blegen is a corporate, tax, and estate planning lawyer who also has experience as a litigator. His practice focuses on the needs of closely-held businesses and professional practices, and of their principals. This includes determining and creating the appropriate structure; negotiating and drafting partnership and shareholder agreements, employment agreements, and transactional documents; and providing counsel regarding business acquisitions and divestitures, as well as tax and estate planning.

Desiree K. Kumar concentrates her practice on small business and real estate transactional matters. Desiree also has extensive experience practicing civil litigation in a trial setting and has tried jury trials to verdict throughout central Illinois, both in federal and state court. Desiree’s clients appreciate her straightforward and honest advice, designed to resolve legal difficulties and avoid the time and costs associated with litigation.
