Outside of the office I spend a lot of time gardening and with my pets-a Basset and an American Shepard, which is a smaller version of the Australian Shepard. I also have 7 cats, six are Siamese-Balinese type and one old tiger striped I rescued. I moved to this area in 1999 from the Bay Area where i grew up.

After getting his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and working as an auditor for Ernst & Whinney (now known as Ernst & Young), Jeffrey H. Ochrach began his practice of law at a large firm in San Francisco. Judith Goodman focuses her practice on immigration law, including deportation defense, family visas, and citizenship. She is knowledgeable and experienced in these areas and in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Judith received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley and spent her first 3 years as a lawyers assisting judges. She then worked in a civil law firm, and has been concentrating on immigration since 2002. Judith speaks Spanish fluently, and the majority of her clients are Spanish-speakers, but she assists clients of all nationalities.

Chien-Yu (Michael) Wang is the Managing Attorney at Wilner and O'Reilly's Sacramento office. He handles both family and business based immigration matters along with removal defense. Mr. Wang is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles Country Bar Association, the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Asian-Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.
