Mr. Carroll graduated from Southwestern School of Law in 2006. While at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Carroll was a board member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. After graduating from law school, he began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in Orange County. Walter F. Wiggins, Jr. received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 1983 with majors in Political Science and History.
