During my nearly two-decade career with the California Attorney General's Office, I conducted numerous corporate fraud investigations under the California False Claims Act. I also have extensive experience representing health and welfare agencies – including the California Department of Health Care Services, Department of Public Health, and Department of State Hospitals – in state and federal court.
