Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Attorney Abner Pinedo was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to the United States with his family in the early 90s. Mr. Pinedo is licensed to practice law in the state of California, where he has been a member of the bar since December 2016. Mr. Pinedo holds both a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University's School of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine, he earned two Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Economics and Anthropology. For 17 years, I served as an insurance defense counsel, handling cases related to construction defects, general liability, and medical malpractice defense. Now, my practice is centered on consumer civil rights and employment law, where I also handle class actions in both fields.

Jeffrey Lohman graduated with honors from Western State College of Law in 2014 and is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona as well as the federal districts of Minnesota, Colorado, Eastern District of Texas, and Arizona. Jeff is not licensed to practice in California.

Over the past three years, Jeff has gained considerable experience in state and federal court as well as being lead counsel in hundreds of consumer arbitration matters. His experiences both in and out of court give him a unique perspective about matters of litigation.
