My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Nicholas Myers’ practice focuses on intellectual property, business litigation, and corporate formation and governance. He has represented clients in trademark, copyright, breach of contract, unfair competition, Internet, gaming, and sports and entertainment matters, and has also advised clients on corporate structuring and asset protection issues.

Nicholas has litigated cases in state and federal courts and has represented clients in private arbitration. He routinely prosecutes and defends clients in trademark, copyright and trade secret cases. He has also successfully represented multiple clients in trademark disputes before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Jeffrey Lohman graduated with honors from Western State College of Law in 2014 and is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona as well as the federal districts of Minnesota, Colorado, Eastern District of Texas, and Arizona. Jeff is not licensed to practice in California.

Over the past three years, Jeff has gained considerable experience in state and federal court as well as being lead counsel in hundreds of consumer arbitration matters. His experiences both in and out of court give him a unique perspective about matters of litigation.

Attorney Abner Pinedo was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to the United States with his family in the early 90s. Mr. Pinedo is licensed to practice law in the state of California, where he has been a member of the bar since December 2016. Mr. Pinedo holds both a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University's School of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine, he earned two Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Economics and Anthropology. Mr. Stevens received his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1992, having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western State University as the valedictorian of his class.
