My office focuses on the defense of persons arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), as well as other vehicular criminal cases and traffic citations. Additionally, we represent people that have suffered abuse and harassment at the hands of overly aggressive debt collectors and collectors, bringing claims on their behalf under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other statutes that protect consumers.
