I have represented clients in employment matters since 1988. This includes cases in State Court, Federal Court, the Civil Service Commission, the California State Personnel Board, and private arbitrations pursuant to arbitration agreements. Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

I have been licensed attorney for 33 years in general practice. I am licensed in three states specifically, Illinois , Colorado and California. I am married with three grown children. I primarily practice out of my San Ramon law office however all three licenses are active.

Ivan Morse has been successfully helping people accused of crimes since 1981. The main reason for his success is the fact he was an Oakland Police Officer for seven years. He understands how police think and how they operate including, but not limited to, reasons they make stops, tactics used when interviewing people, reasons they make arrests and strategies they use to write police reports.
