After being raised in Torrance, California, I began pursuing my career in law by attending the University of California Irvine for undergraduate studies. I continued my studies at Loyola Law School and completed my education in 2001, and shortly after was admitted to the California State Bar.

I was born in Missouri but have lived in California for more than 50 years. After graduating law school, I established my firm in Orange County, where I have practiced for over 40 years.
