I have been licensed attorney for 33 years in general practice. I am licensed in three states specifically, Illinois , Colorado and California. I am married with three grown children. I primarily practice out of my San Ramon law office however all three licenses are active.

Otis greatly enjoys learning languages. He speaks both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. He believes that with increasing globalization, people need to get to know one another; a good way to start is to learn each other's language. Before practicing law, Otis lived in countries as diverse as Spain, Argentina, Japan, China and Ecuador.
