While much of my experience involves civil litigation and business transactions, my primary interests are in patent prosecution, copyright and trademark protection, and intellectual property litigation. Additionally, I assist my clients with contract negotiations, liability assessment, and business strategy planning.

In my 40+ years' experience as a transaction attorney, I have formed and counseled numerous public and private companies in diverse industries. I have negotiated, drafted and reviewed thousands of commercial agreements.
